The advance payment for electricity and the complex's operating costs is 1,500 CZK per month and is subject to settlement based on actual electricity consumption and operating cost billing. Rental prices range from 5,000 CZK to 5,500 CZK per month depending on the unit type. Access to the premises is easy via a paved concrete and asphalt road. When signing the contract, a deposit equal to two months' rent is paid along with the first month's rent.
