Terms for importing adverts

Terms for importing adverts: property and jobs

This page explains the terms on which we take in and publish other people's listings — property adverts and job adverts. It applies to agencies, developers, employers and recruiters who have connected a feed to us. Version 1.0, in force since 25 August 2026.

1. Who may connect a feed

A feed may be connected by whoever publishes the adverts in the first place: the owner or their agency, a developer, an employer, a licensed recruitment agency. By sending the request you confirm that you are entitled to distribute these adverts and photographs, and that passing them to us breaks no agreement you have with another portal.

We do not take other people's feeds. If a feed turns out to be scraped from a competitor's site, we disconnect it as soon as we find out.

2. What we do with the data

We do not resell your adverts to other portals and do not pass them to third parties.

3. What we will not publish

Job adverts. Requirements as to nationality, citizenship, sex, age, marital status or religion — the Czech Employment Act (No. 435/2004 Coll.) and the Anti-Discrimination Act (No. 198/2009 Coll.) prohibit adverts of that kind, and we reject them automatically. We also refuse adverts with no named employer, and any offer where money is taken from the applicant: for placement, for "paperwork", or for training before the job starts.

Property adverts. Listings with no energy performance rating — Act No. 406/2000 Coll. requires it to be stated in adverts offering a building for sale or for rent. Listings with no address, at least to district level. Properties already sold or let but still sitting in the feed.

Everywhere. "Price on request" in place of a figure, text with links to outside sites, and photographs carrying another portal's watermark.

4. How often we refresh, and when a listing comes down

Property feeds are collected four times a day, job feeds twice. A property that disappears from your feed is taken off the site at the next run — that is how you withdraw a listing: delete it at your end.

Job adverts additionally expire 30 days after publication, even if they are still in the feed. Stale vacancies spoil the listings page and waste people's time.

If your server fails to answer for several days running, we pause the feed and email you. The adverts already published stay up until they expire.

5. Personal data

The listing shows the contact details you sent in the feed: the name, phone number and e-mail of your member of staff. You are responsible for the lawfulness of sending them — under the GDPR you remain the controller of that data, and we process it in order to publish the advert.

If someone leaves your company or asks for their details to be removed, write to us and we will remove them within three working days. Enquiries from applicants and buyers are forwarded to you; we keep them no longer than forwarding requires.

6. Responsibility

The advertiser is responsible for the content of the advert: the accuracy of the price, the floor area, the address, the working conditions and the salary. We publish what arrives and do not verify every field.

We reserve the right not to publish, or to take down, any advert — for instance if it breaches section 3, duplicates another one, or plainly contains a wrong price. We tell you by e-mail when we do.

Translations do go wrong occasionally. If you spot an error in the Russian, English or Ukrainian text, write to us: we will fix the translation and the rule that produced it.

7. Money

Job adverts are published free of charge. The jobs board exists as a service to our readers and we do not plan to charge for it.

Property listings are paid for — an annual package based on the number of active listings. The prices are lower than the portals you already advertise on; we quote the exact figure for your volume when we answer your request. The first ten agencies get their first three months free, after which the price is fixed for a year.

We invoice the company, with VAT. Until the package is paid for, listings can be connected in trial mode — you will see how the cards look and how many people open them.

8. How to disconnect

One e-mail to [email protected] from the address you applied with. We switch the feed off and remove your adverts within three working days, and delete their statistics a month later.

9. Changes to these terms

If the terms change, we write to every connected partner at least 14 days before the new version takes effect. The date and version number are at the top of this page; when you apply, we record which version you accepted.
