Café Pilát is a café, wine bar and pop-up space in central Brno. It is located in the Trenk Wing of an 18th-century Capuchin monastery.
During the day it serves carefully prepared coffee or matcha with sweets, and at weekends you can come for brunch.
By evening the place turns into a spot for socialising: the menu includes Moravian and foreign wines, beer from monastery breweries and signature cocktails. They come with Mediterranean-style tapas.
