A forest fire broke out in the Strkov section of the village of Ktětín, in the Chrudim district. Several fire brigades were dispatched to bring the blaze under control.
According to the pozary.cz portal, volunteer firefighters from Chrasti, Nasavrky, Miřetice and Trhová Kamenice were on the scene, alongside professional crews from the main fire station in Chrudim and the station in Hlinsko. The scale of the response suggests the fire covered a significant area of woodland in this part of the Pardubice Region.
