The quickest way to see an English-speaking doctor in Prague is a private clinic such as Canadian Medical or Unicare, or the foreigners' departments of Motol and Na Homolce hospitals. If you have Czech public health insurance, you can also register with a Czech GP who speaks English; many younger doctors do, and the visit is then covered by your insurer. In an emergency, call 155 or 112.

Many do, especially younger doctors and those in Prague, but it is not guaranteed. Private clinics for foreigners and hospital foreigners' departments always work in English.
Not always. Some services are covered and some are paid privately or through membership plans; ask the clinic which insurers it has contracts with.
Use the network of doctors your insurer lists, or pay and claim the cost back. Check the policy conditions before treatment.
