Police in Teplice are searching for a driver who hit a boy on a pedestrian crossing in Bohosudovská street and drove away from the scene. The collision happened at 17:42, 18 minutes before six in the evening.
“A witness at the scene said it was probably a dark Mercedes. A VW Passat B8 is also possible,” police said.
Footage from remote cameras showed that the car that hit the boy had been parked for almost an hour at the Kaufland car park, from 16:48 to 17:42.
Police are therefore looking for witnesses and drivers who were at the Kaufland car park or in Bohosudovská street at that time and have a dashcam. They are asked to contact police on 158.
