Employers: bulk upload vacancies by feed

If you have more than one or two openings, typing them into a form one by one is a waste of time. Give us a link to the export from your system and the vacancies will appear on the board by themselves — and disappear by themselves once they are filled.

How it works

1. You leave a link to your feed in the form at the bottom of this page.
2. We open it by hand: whether the fields read cleanly, whether contact and salary are there.
3. Once connected, our robot pulls the feed twice a day.
4. Every vacancy goes through moderation, exactly like adverts from the normal form. Junk and duplicates do not reach the board.
5. A vacancy that is no longer in the feed is taken down automatically.

Which feed we can take

Any feed available over a URL. Format: XML, JSON or CSV. You do not need a separate export for us — the parser matches fields by meaning rather than by one fixed name, so it reads ATS exports as well as home-grown files. For a rare format we add a mapping rule.

The minimum each vacancy needs:

• id — any internal code of yours, as long as it is stable;
• job title;
• city or region;
• description — in any of Czech, English, Russian or Ukrainian;
• contact: e-mail, phone or a link to apply on your own site.

We separately ask for the salary. We know why it is often hidden, but a vacancy without a range is opened noticeably less: our reader compares offers rather than studying one.

What we will not publish

Vacancies with conditions on nationality, gender, age or "Slavs only" never reach the board: Czech employment law forbids them outright. Nor do we publish adverts with no employer behind them — "work in Czechia, call us" without a company name is filtered out. That protects the reader from pay-to-get-hired schemes, and keeps your vacancy out of their company.

Rules worth stating upfront

We only take feeds the employer or their recruitment agency pointed us to. We do not scrape other sites or aggregators. If you want to disconnect, one e-mail is enough and the vacancies come down the same day.
