Powerball Numbers Drawn for $835 Million Jackpot: 15, 34, 41, 53, 56

The numbers for Wednesday night's Powerball drawing, with an estimated jackpot of $835 million, were 15, 34, 41, 53 and 56, according to Lohud, ABC7 New York and The Star Press. The next drawing is Saturday, Nov. 7.

ABC7 and The Star Press reported the Powerball as 21 and the Power Play as 2x. Lohud's listing shows the Powerball as 2, so reports differ on that digit. Players should confirm their results on the official Powerball website.

The key numbers behind the Nov. 4 drawing

What is behind the long jackpot run

The jackpot has climbed since the August win because no ticket has matched all six numbers. Lohud reported that nobody won the jackpot in the Nov. 2 drawing.

ABC7 added that this is the first jackpot cycle in which players in the United Kingdom have contributed to the prize pool from the start. It said every ticket sold contributes equally to the jackpot's growth.

The Star Press listed six Powerball jackpot wins so far in 2026, according to powerball.com. They range from $20 million on May 2 to the $1.04 billion prize on Aug. 12.

Why it matters for players

Most prizes are far smaller than the jackpot, and many tickets win something. A ticket matching only the Powerball wins $4, according to Lohud and The Star Press. Matching three white balls wins $7, and matching four white balls wins $100.

Matching all five white balls without the Powerball wins $1 million. A ticket with Power Play, which costs an extra $1, multiplies non-jackpot prizes. With the 2x multiplier drawn Wednesday, that $1 million prize becomes $2 million, according to Lohud's prize chart.

Tickets cost $2 each. The Star Press said players can also add Double Play for $1 more, giving a second chance at a $10 million prize.

How the game works and where tickets are sold

Players choose five numbers from 1 to 69 and one Powerball number from 1 to 26. Winning the jackpot requires matching all six.

Lohud reported that online and in-store sales in New York close at 10 p.m. on drawing nights. The deadline is 9:45 p.m. in New Jersey and 10 p.m. in Connecticut.

What happens next

Drawings are held Monday, Wednesday and Saturday at about 10:59 p.m. ET. The next is Saturday, Nov. 7. The drawing is streamed live on the Powerball website, and some local television stations may also carry it.

Mega Millions, a separate game, had an estimated jackpot of $505 million for its Friday drawing, with a cash option of $213.3 million, according to The Star Press.

ABC7 noted that New Yorkers struggling with gambling addiction can call the state's HOPEline at 1-877-8-HOPENY or text HOPENY.
