This is where foreigners come to register their address of residence (or a change of address) — third-country nationals must do this within 3 working days of entering the country, unless the hotel or landlord has already registered them. This office also handles extensions/cancellations of short-term visas and confirmation of invitations. Hours: Mon, Wed 8:00–18:00, Thu 8:00–15:00; closed Tue and Fri.
