Dušičky 2026 in Prague: Cemetery Hours, Masses and Walks

Dušičky, the Czech day of remembrance, falls on Monday 2 November in 2026. Prague's municipal cemeteries are open 8:00–19:00 from 31 October to 2 November and go back to closing at 17:00 on 3 November. Around Prague checked the hours and programme with the city's cemetery service on 30 October 2026.

2 November is an ordinary working day, so shops and offices are open. Malá Strana Cemetery opens only on 1 November, 14:00–17:00.

For how Czechs mark the day and how it differs from Halloween, see our guide. Transport changes for the week are in Prague This Week.
