A Smartwings aircraft was forced to return to Prague Airport shortly after takeoff due to an engine malfunction. This was confirmed by Smartwings spokesperson Vladimíra Dufková.

"Shortly after takeoff, the crew detected a fault in engine No. 2, which prompted the aircraft to turn back to Prague, where it landed safely," the airline representative said.
