According to a Kantar agency poll conducted in August, the STAN movement has strengthened its position as the leading opposition party, while ANO and the Pirates have lost some support compared to the previous survey from late May and early June.
The ODS party maintained its previous level of support, and nothing changed for the SPD either, which continues to hold fifth place with 6.5 percent of the vote.
Rounding out the list of parliamentary parties by popularity is Motoristé sobě, which continues to hover right at the five-percent threshold required to enter the Chamber of Deputies.
Among parliamentary parties falling below the electoral threshold are the Christian Democrats (KDU-ČSL) with 3.5 percent — down half a percentage point. TOP 09, meanwhile, would receive just two percent of the vote in August.
The "Naše Chechia" party, led by South Bohemian Region governor Martin Kuba, would win 2.5 percent of the vote according to the August model. Its support has remained unchanged over the summer.
According to Kantar, 62.5 percent of voters would take part in the election.
