Police in the Ústí nad Labem Region have appealed to local residents for help in finding a minor, Klaudie Mansfeldová. The girl was being treated at a hospital in Teplice due to the risk of a serious acute condition, but late in the afternoon the day before, she left the medical facility without permission.
According to police spokesman Václav Krieger, investigators are actively searching for her, since her hospitalisation was caused by her own actions, which could lead to a life-threatening condition. Police are asking anyone who has seen Klaudie to immediately call the 158 hotline.
At the time of her disappearance, she was wearing dark red shorts and a pink T-shirt. She is between 150 and 160 centimetres tall, has a stocky build, blue eyes and long, wavy hair. She wears prescription glasses.
The police spokesman noted that Klaudie requires special medical care. She was last seen at the hospital between 5:30pm and 6pm, and was later spotted, around 7pm, in the Hostomice area.
