ČEZ opens the Czech Republic's first energy advisory centre in Olomouc

ČEZ opens the Czech Republic

ČEZ Prodej has opened the Czech Republic's first specialised energy advisory centre in Olomouc. Here, experts offer free consultations to individuals and business owners looking to make sense of modern energy solutions for their home, flat or company.

"Energy has changed considerably in recent years. Customers no longer simply choose an electricity or gas supplier — increasingly, they're looking for a comprehensive solution for their home, flat or business," said Tomáš Kadlec, CEO of ČEZ Prodej. According to him, the new centre responds to growing demand for expert guidance that helps people navigate the possibilities of modern energy and choose the solution that best fits their needs.

What the advisors offer

At the centre, visitors can find out whether installing a solar power plant makes financial sense, how to properly combine solar panels with a heat pump, and what steps can help reduce overall energy consumption at home or at work.

Besides consultations, the centre showcases ČEZ Group projects underway in the Olomouc Region, including the expansion of electric vehicle charging infrastructure and the operation of the Dlouhé Stráně pumped-storage hydroelectric plant near Šumperk.
