GastroMach Lab culinary studio opens in Zdiby near Prague

A new culinary studio, GastroMach Lab, has opened in the village of Zdiby just outside Prague, combining professional gastronomic equipment with hands-on cooking classes. The venue houses a showroom and a test kitchen, hosting courses, workshops for industry professionals, technology presentations, and the development of new recipes and products.

Anyone interested can sign up for courses in making classic and Neapolitan pizza, fresh pasta, baking, and professional deep-frying. Participants work through the entire preparation process for each dish and get hands-on experience with the same equipment used in modern restaurant kitchens. Classes are kept in small groups so the instructor has enough time for each participant.

The studio is aimed primarily at professional chefs, restaurant owners and catering teams, though some of its courses are also suitable for anyone looking to sharpen their cooking skills. It also offers custom-tailored courses designed around a specific business's needs, from refining recipes to making kitchen work more efficient.
