Kayumi Case: Two Girls Coerced into Filming for OnlyFans Attempted Suicide

Czechia's National Organized Crime Agency (NCOZ) has filed human trafficking charges against four people. According to investigators, the group forced their victims into signing contracts to produce content for OnlyFans and other social media platforms, coerced them into filming sexual content, and then took the money they earned.

Police say the central figure in the case is an influencer and entrepreneur of Afghan origin known as Kayumi, who has been held in custody since late May. This is stated in the ruling that opened criminal proceedings against the group.

How the Victims Were Recruited

Investigators allege it was Kayumi himself who "scouted out girls suitable for recruitment and subsequent creation of an OnlyFans profile," leveraging his social media fame — he has hundreds of thousands of followers. Police say he would get to know his victims, build trusting relationships with them, and then offer them modeling work with promises of big money and fame, sometimes backing up those promises with joint trips to exotic destinations, including Dubai.

"Kayumi always exploited girls' difficult family situations — he picked out those who had just turned 18, who were struggling with drug dependency or serious financial problems, people who were easy to manipulate," one victim, who was in a relationship with him for a time, told police.

According to her, the influencer may have drawn as many as 50 women into this kind of "work." However, investigators have only brought charges over cases involving four girls. Two of them were pushed to attempt suicide by their desperate circumstances and the pressure exerted by Kayumi and his company.

Earnings 20 Times Lower Than Promised

The first victim began working with Kayumi at the age of 20. She was promised a monthly income of 20,000 crowns, with payments set to increase gradually over time. In the end, she earned 200,000 crowns over the course of a year, while Kayumi and his company, according to police, pocketed nearly 3.8 million crowns from her OnlyFans profile.

The profile, which the defendants managed for several months, displayed the girl's real name, and her followers were told details about her personal life, where she lived, and where she worked — she was employed as a makeup artist at a theater in Prague. "Over time, unfamiliar men began showing up at the theater's reception desk, leaving flowers and other gifts addressed to the victim," the police ruling states. Once her OnlyFans activity became known, she lost her job.

Filming a Promo Video From Her Hospital Bed

Against this backdrop, the girl's mental state gradually deteriorated. Despite repeatedly asking to end her cooperation with Kayumi's company, she was met with threats of financial penalties. She tried to break the contract by getting tattoos and cutting her thighs.

"She was in such despair that she attempted suicide," police said. But even while she was in the hospital, the defendants would not leave her alone: one of them forced her to record a promotional video for social media right there on the hospital grounds.
