RUXusní Home Brewery Opens in Telč: From Kitchen to Craft Beer

In the town of Telč, just a short walk from the historic centre on Slavatovská Street, a small family brewery called RUXusní has opened its doors. Founder Radim Ruks began brewing beer at home during the coronavirus pandemic, and what started as a hobby gradually grew into a full-fledged craft beer operation.

Ruks brewed his first batch right in his own kitchen back in November 2021. Since then, he has been steadily refining his recipes and upgrading his equipment, trading simple household tools for more professional brewing gear. To this day, the beer is still made right on the premises of the family home.

Unfiltered Beer in a Variety of Styles

The brewery specialises in unfiltered, unpasteurised craft beers, offering both bottom-fermented and top-fermented styles. Alongside its regular lineup, RUXusní frequently rolls out special and experimental batches.

Among the brewery's signature beers are a premium lager, a Red Ale and a Mosaic Ale. Known for his experimental streak, Ruks has released a variety of limited-edition brews over the years, constantly testing new styles and recipes.
