Czech investment holding Purposia Group, founded in 2023 under CEO Jan Hasík, is expanding beyond its construction roots into a new field — premium tourism. The company already brings together 46 firms across ten European countries, and hospitality and travel are now joining construction as core business areas.
The new venture is called Vellaria Premium Travel, and it will handle bespoke trips, exclusive tours, and full-service support for clients on both private and business travel. The project is led by Lenka Horáková, who brings nearly two decades of experience in private aviation.
According to Horáková, the market is showing growing demand for authentic experiences, efficient use of time, and attention to clients' well-being. Vellaria aims to bring a personal touch back to travel, guaranteeing that clients always have someone to turn to in any tricky situation on the road — while making the kind of service usually reserved for the VIP segment accessible to a broader premium audience.
The company's portfolio already includes small-group round-the-world trips, yacht rentals in Greece, and a new direct flight from Prague to Bolzano, Italy.
Jan Hasík notes that the holding already has an extensive network of business partners, clients, and consultants, many of whom are naturally becoming customers of the new hospitality services. He says this direction will keep growing — notably through the development group Antracit, which is currently reconstructing the former Palace hotel complex. The project will also include a new lifestyle hotel.
Vellaria builds on the work of Foredeck, the arm of the holding responsible for private air and sea transport, extending these services to a wider circle of premium clients.
